We keep submissions on file for 6 months. If we use this piece, we will send you an email when it’s published. At the end of the 6 months, if this piece was not selected, an email (for all work submitted during the same week) will be sent notifying you that we weren’t able to use that work.

Simultaneous submissions are welcome, but please notify us immediately at info@haikuniverse.com if your submission is selected elsewhere.
